Sessions & Fees
Initial Consultation
£60 (approximately 1.5 hours)
This session lasts around an hour, during which I gather information about you and your issue(s). With this information, I assess whether hypnotherapy is suitable for you.
I will explain the workings of the brain, why we suffer as we do and explain why, when we are willing to make changes, how solution focused hypnotherapy can help us to move forward.
There is no trance work in this session, but I give you my free Relaxation CD/MP3 to listen to. This is an essential part of the therapeutic process.
Subsequent Sessions
£60 (approximately 1.5 hours)
We begin each session talking about what has been good since we last met, explaining that in terms of what is happening in the brain. We then identify together a way forward for the week. I then guide you into a relaxed, focused state of attention, which helps beneficial changes to be made. This is known as trance. These sessions last an hour.
Relaxation
£20 (30 - 45 minutes)
Relaxation sessions are as they suggest; a space to just relax and have some time out from everyday life. There isn’t any psychotherapy included in these sessions. The length of the session is 30 to 45 minutes.
Smoking Cessation
£150 (2 x 1 hour or 1 x 2 hours)
Smoking cessation can either be two 1 hour sessions or one 2 hour session. It requires commitment to be successful. The session(s) consists of an initial consultation where we look at what has worked in the past, what your strengths are as they are what you will use to remain a non smoker, followed by a guided trance session. My free Relaxation CD/MP3 is given to help consolidate the session.
Online Sessions
£ same as face to face appointments
Online sessions are almost exactly the same as face to face appointments, apart from they take place via the internet. We will both attend using our screens. We will both need to have the app for Zoom installed on our technology.
The advantage of Zoom sessions are that we are in the comfort of our own homes. We don't have to take off our comfy slippers and you don't have to travel to see me.
As long as you can guarantee an undisturbed hour, in a relaxing, peaceful place then therapy will be as successful as face to face.
Zoom sessions cost the same as face to face appointments.
Gift Vouchers
£ various amounts
Gift vouchers are a wonderful way to give someone the gift of relaxation.
They can be purchased at any time of year, and for any amount. They can be redeemed against any type of session(s) and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
Payment Options
Payments of session fees are payable in advance, when the appointment is being made (initial consultation, subsequent appointments, relaxation and/or smoking cessation).
These can be paid for in cash at your appointment (if it is face to face) or by bank transfer. This will secure the session and guarantee that it is yours.
Please be aware that I ask that 48 hours' notice of appointment cancellation is given. If not or if the appointment is missed, the full rate will be charged.
Payments for gift vouchers can be arranged in the same way.

Please be aware that I practice from the first floor of this building, therefore there are a flight of steps to climb.

I ask that 48 hours' notice of appointment cancellation is given. If not or if the appointment is missed, the full rate will be charged.
